Joining costs just £10 and is easy, just follow these simple steps:

1. Download and print off the application form
2. Fill it in
3. Get a passport photo and write your name on the back
4. Write a chq payable to ‘Leicester SCRUBS’ for the correct amount
5. Put the form, photo and chq in an envelope
6. Label it 'Scrubs'
7. Place in the ‘S’ pigeon hole in MSB coffee room
   or send us your completed form, passport photo and cheque to:

8. Your membership will be ready for you in your own pigeon hole in the MSB
